Book One: The Olympic Peninsula
Washington State’s Olympic Peninsula is home to 23 of the most familiar—and best-loved—real-world locations described by Stephenie Meyer in her Twilight Saga novels. Below are just a few of them!
- Seattle (Site #1)
- Port Angeles (Site #2)
- Forks (Sites #3 through #18 & #23)
- La Push (Sites #19 through #22)
No Filming Took Place in the Olympic Peninsula.
We believe, however, that the Olympic Peninsula real-world novel locations are far more exciting and enjoyable to visit than the Twilight Saga film sites found elsewhere.
(Then, again, several of the film sites ARE phenomenally Twilicious!!!)
Book Two: Vancouver, British Columbia
TTTS Book Two guides you to 14 recognizable Twilight Saga Film Sites located in and around Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Three are particularly Twiliscious!
- Jacob Black’s House (Site #25): The structures actually used for filming exterior scenes at Billy and Jacob’s home still exist, and can be found in the Minnekhada Park region of Coquitlam, just northwest of Vancouver, BC.
- New Westminster (Site #29)—a suburb of Vancouver—is where several New Moon “Port Angeles” segments were shot, such as movie theater exterior scenes and Bella’s dangerous motorcycle ride with a stranger. Eclipse footage of New-Born Vampires rampaging in “Seattle” (with the Volturi looking on) was filmed just down the street.
- In another Vancouver suburb—Richmond (Site #34)—you’ll find the Gulf of Georgia Cannery dock where Victoria was filmed administering the fateful bite that transformed Riley into a vampire.
